Warehouse environment optimization management system
Only need to install temperature sensor device, humidity sensor device and dust sensor device in the warehouse. Once the device detects an abnormal situation, the temperature control system, ventilation system, moisture absorption system, and warehouse system will respond accordingly.
Temperature control system
When the temperature exceeds the preset level, the temperature adjustment system (air conditioner, electric fan, water mist device) will automatically increase/decrease the indoor temperature beyond the preset level.
Ventilation / moisture absorption system
When the humidity exceeds the preset level, the ventilation system and the moisture absorption system will automatically start to adjust the humidity in the warehouse, and at the same time, distribute the excess moisture of the goods and packaging.
When the PM2.5 dust value exceeds the preset level, the ventilation system will automatically start to remove the impurity air in the warehouse and inhale fresh air to maintain the air quality in the warehouse.
- At the same time that the system is automatically started, the data will be transmitted to LoRaWan immediately
- LoRaWan will transmit the data to the cloud backend
- Managers can know the real-time situation of the warehouse through the management system or application
