For mud digger

 

The contractor only needs to issue a luminous, sound, and vibrating smart worker card to each worker in advance and install a safety range signal transmitter and receiver device on the excavator.

If the worker exceeds the established safety range and is too close to the excavator:

  1. The luminous, sound and vibrating smart worker card will sound to remind the workers to return to the safe range
  2. The data will be transmitted to LoRaWan instantly
  3. LoRaWan will transfer the data to the cloud backend
  4. The management personnel can know the real-time situation of the construction site through the management system or application program. At the same time, the data can be used to train employees in the future.

For angle bracket

The contractor only needs to install a sensor device on the angle bracket, which can detect the data of tension and pressure and analyze the safety factor simultaneously.

 

If the pressure of the dog boom exceeds the normal range:

  1. The device will immediately transmit the real-time location and real-time alarm to LoRaWan
  2. LoRaWan will send the alert to the cloud backend
  3. The management personnel can learn the real-time situation of the construction site through the management system or application program to take corresponding actions to prevent accidents effectively.
